Returns & Shipping
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are issued as store credit, so you can find the piece that’s just right. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT?
Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please note that after you place an order, we are unable to make changes to it. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your tracking number.
What is your shipping timeframe?
Sevy ships within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once it’s on the way.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Currently, we're accepting pre-orders on Sea Ranch - Chartreuse, Lake Shore - Moss, and Lake Shore - Sunset. If we're offering pre-orders it will be tagged on the item's page.
Please note: If your order contains a preorder item, shipment will take approximately 4–6 weeks. Current lead times are running closer 6 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your Sevy is packaged and on its way to you.

IF I PLACE AN ITEM IN MY CART, DOES THAT GUARANTEE I WILL RECEIVE IT?
We do not reserve items in your cart or hold inventory until you place your order. (So buy it now, lol)
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE.
We begin processing orders immediately after the order is placed in an effort to get them out to you as soon as possible. With that in mind, we are NOT able to make changes to your order after it has been placed.
WILL MY ORDER AND PAYMENT DETAILS BE SECURE?
Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts and protects your data. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. Click on the padlock to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration. The "https:" in the URL field that notifies you that you’re in secure mode.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?:
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Our hope is to introduce international shipping sometime in the near future. Please check back again!
CAN I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?
You can select “this item is a gift” at checkout and add a personalized note, which we’ll be thrilled to handwrite for you.
I SAW A PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE, BUT NOW IT'S SOLD OUT. CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?
If a piece is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s back.
Discount
Can I use more than one discount code?
We respect the hustle!! But, unfortunately, you may only use one discount code per order. They cannot be combined with other promotions.
